As for the red lights, that's about right. Londonistan is a pretty shitty place outside of the museums. Walking down the pavements you'll see people just smash through each other, the heaviest bugger wins the momentum war ._.
The guy who died was a cyclist. The other one was a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
