I know. I want to feel like the entire galaxy and the human race is threatened again. I know it's happening, and it could be those disturbances in deep space/slipspace Giraud is talking about, but I will be really disappointed if we have to wait another game for something big to happen.

 1. Jakku was deserted until a massive battle caused the Star Destroyer we saw in the teaser to crash. 2. Max von Sydow was the commander of the Star Destroyer and his crew were the first settlers on the planet. 3. Sydow is angry at the Empire/First Order for abandoning him and his men in the aftermath of the Battle of Endor. 4. Sydow provides help to Rey and Finn before they leave the planet. 5. Because of the scavenging potential Jakku has become a hive of scum and villainy like Mos Eisley.  The reddit user also posted some information on Kylo Ren’s backstory, referring to him as the equivalent of the “false idols” that plagued the Early Medieval European church. Kylo Ren is claiming to be Darth Vader and through his use of the Force more and more members of the First Order are starting to believe him. Every FPS these days are all borrowing the same ideas. It seems to all be about mobility. Titanfall, Advanced Warfare, etc... But I get what you're saying. I couldn't relax and play Halo 5 if I was tired during the beta; you have to constantly thrust and maneuver to stay alive.

Willing to bet that's Sanghelios. Looks like a blend of in-engine footage and CGI. If most of that is the actual game engine I'm impressed. Makes Spartans really seem like super-soldiers now (or should I say superheroes). I'm wondering if we can actually shoulder charge a vehicle out of the way without getting splattered. Maybe this sequence is just a cutscene. And I do really like this Hunter class variant but don't want to pre-order from Gamestop, which is why I'm hoping I can purchase it.

Whoever made that decision should be fired. The plot twists were about the only thing I was looking forward to. Even the CGI is bad and Emilia Clarke just does not feel like Sarah Connor...
