Asking a random stranger on a date is not as easy as you think, too many variables. I have hobbies besides gaming; I read and play guitar. I go to public places hoping to meet someone randomly, but that doesn't happen. And online dating doesn't work either. I'm enrolling in a Master's in Education program that costs $26,000 just to meet women lol. And I'm becoming a history teacher just to meet them too. No career = no chance from my experience.
