I really think the script must have went through some changes. I wanted to see a Guardian cause total destruction to a city, have the Infinity crash land on Meridian. Civilians die, Locke finds Chief, fights him, but he escapes on the Guardian. Everyone thinks Chief is a traitor for activating it, which he really didn't because it was Cortana. But then that really doesn't work because we know Cortana's back from the beginning...so many things the game could have done better. I loved those trailers.

So right before Halo 5 starts, aren't Blue Team and Osiris technically on the Infinity? Osiris for sure. Unless Blue Team just flies around in a Pelican all day, they'd have to dock at Infinity at some point. And wouldn't Blue be jealous Osiris was tasked with finding Halsey? (if they even knew)
There should have been a seen on the Infinity where Blue is briefed by Lasky about Argent Moon. Osiris would see them from a distance and talk about each team member and the legends behind them. That's the kind of characterization this game needed.

My usual unhappy self. Miss someone that I intentionally wanted to get rid of. No friends, I keep trying to make plans with one that I haven't seen since June 2014. But every time there is something, so I guess that's just the way it is after college. I want something real. Tired of my shitty retail job. Passed the pre-certification exam to teach history, don't even care, and it didn't make me happy. I learned the hard way that video games aren't the meaning of life. I traded a busty tall blonde that was into me for more Halo 5 play time. And I'm absolutely bored of the game. I really do hate my life. When you need someone there for you like friends, there aren't any.
I cried on the way home from work like a pussy. I had the chance to be together with someone, and didn't take it because I thought it's better to be alone.

So I was thinking about a few things in the campaign...
What's the point of all the Guardians meeting up on Genesis? Couldn't Cortana have just sent them to the planet she wanted them to control without going to Genesis?
How could Cortana not have known about the Guardian on Sanghelios? Why was it not active? If it was going to Genesis all along, why would Osiris even need Roland's coordinates and the constructor? Couldn't they have assumed they were all going to the same place and that's where Chief is?

I'm bored of it already. Maybe I'm just getting older, but even Halo 4 gave me more to do three years ago. The mechanics are solid and the game is polished, but there is a severe lack of things to do compared to previous Halo iterations (yes, I know they said we're getting more content shortly). No Oddball, King of the Hill, Territories, Grifball, Infection...not even for custom games yet, which makes me think this game was very rushed. Warzone feels like a chore now, not enough variety. Found all the intel, skulls, and beat the campaign on solo Legendary, so not much else to do there. Think of everything this Halo game is missing that previous entries had like 3, Reach and 4.

The one thing that I wish was explained in the game was Chief's hallucination on Argent Moon.

The Domain John! Once it was fully repaired it was easy. That's one of the perks the Librarian gave you on Requiem- call it telepathic communication, if you will.
And then maybe in the next game John would start to see visions and hear the voice of Iso-Didact. Finally the Domain is repaired...our time has come to assist you during your species greatest trial, Reclaimer Imagine finally finding him and a small band of surviving Forerunners, Iso would lead you to Forerunner tech and weapons to help defeat Cortana and make sure humanity achieves the Mantle. Maybe he would even help you find Mendicant Bias.

Yeah, glad I did not spend the extra money for it and just found it on youtube. I was almost going to buy the Blu Ray because I thought it would be amazing. And I can't stand the use of Halo 4/5 assets for Covenant and everything else that happened pre Halo 4 in other media besides games.

When it comes to treatment of the grunts in the Arbiters faction are they equal to the elites like the heretics in Halo 2 or is there still a racism thing going on? I know for the covenant they are treated like shit so do the elites still show some bigotry towards the grunts?
Still, they were never fighting by your side in battle, just the interactive missions. I wanted to see some grunt on grunt action during the Battle of Sunaion!
