In other Star Wars news, Den of Geek reports that Harrison Ford’s triumphant return as Han Solo in The Force Awakens was almost ruined by creator George Lucas 10 years previously. According to an art book for 2005’s Revenge of the Sith, Solo would have appeared in cameo as a 10-year-old boy who is raised on the planet Kashyyyk as the adoptive son of Chewbacca, later his co-pilot on the Millennium Falcon.

Yup, would have been a needless shoehorn. I actually think Disney may change their mind about the Han Solo film too, at least that's the rumor that's been circulating. I mean, I would like it, but seeing anyone else play the character...

I also remember paying $10 for maps that never showed up in matchmaking a week after release because no one else bought them.

Mulder and Scully have a child together? wtf. They're obviously going to be important to the story somehow. No aliens that are invading Earth, but a group of elites that have harvested their technology and are the ones performing experiments. Sveta killed off so soon...

But the best part of the show is that they did not feel the need to update the classic intro or song.

You know what was really freaky? A few weeks ago a guy that I've never spoken to before asked me if I liked the X Files and said it was coming back. I told him I was on season 7 and love it.
