That doesn`t make any sense. There are thousands, if not more, videos which get flagged everyday and they have average 10 min length (after youtube implemented adpocalypse). So to review those, you have to have either a giant team of people (which you need to pay) or you have to implement "more reviewed videos - more salary" mechanism that just make your team to skim through all videos, but that just will make things even worse.

Dunno, I used to express my personality through my actions rather appearance, because I want people to judge me and like my personality on my actions alone. Now, I don`t say that I won`t wear mascara or other stuff, I would if I like it or maybe to collect some info based on a way people would react to it (though it means I would decept people, if this was my sole reason, which I don`t like to do without need). Doing it for solo purpose of being more feminine seems pointless to me, because behind genders and appearance I see human and her actions. But if you like it then I don`t see any problem.

because it kinda meets all of my criteria

I had an interview in one company, they had a cool office with a kitchen in entrance and room with computers with comfy leather chairs. Place was really colorful, it`s was actually pretty cool designed. There were a lot of people of my age working, chatting, drinking coffee, tea. I heard one guy talking about how he wants to buy second monitor to play videogames on them. There were a few posters with motivating stuff. Recruiter proposed me a coffee or tea. I would really like to work there, even if I wouldn`t like job itself. It was really close to my place, and I could pick my working time, I would receive 1.5x salary if I would work at night shift, and I would be picked by taxi, paid by company, if my working time start/end at 24:00.
Too bad my English grammar sucks (if you didn`t notice already).

ay marky mark, recommend me a 2hu game, Automata got me craving for shmups
I've played Touhous from 1 up to 9, and my personal favorite is 6, I've heard that 10 is easier to new players, and I think 8 is preatty easy too. You can ask True, he knows more about Touhou than me. There is Jigoku Kisetsukan, it`s free, on Steam, it has slow difficulty curve grow and it is decent, it`s also good for newcomers. There is Len`en, from what I've heard it`s slightly harder than Touhou, but I don`t know, I haven`t played it yet. 2 days ago I bought myself Murasaki from Steam, cause it`s from same developer that made Irisu Syndrome, Tetsu (or wTetsu), and it`s a great game, it has more slow paced gameplay. It`s basically Irisu Syndrome meets Touhou, and it works very well, I'm planning on covering this game. There is Koumajou Densetsu (or Touhouvania, as people call it) it`s Touhou meets Castlevania, it`s also a great game. Lastly there is Danmakufu, you can play custom made scripts there. You can also create one, knowledge of C based program languages will help in it.

Well, they try to be P O L I T E, they don`t want some guy to rush into their reception with shotgun in one hand and middle finger in other. Also they awknowledged that I'm somewhat good, despite me passing or not and that I shouldn`t give up, even though there were fuckton of people to apply to same place, that are better than me.
