Iron Man
and it's not a movie but Daredevil season one.
Dark Knight is great but those two are great AND fun which is more important.
Iron Man is good but I'd hardly put it on the tier of TDK.

I've seen the movie like 5 times.
It's overrated out the asshole. The only thing extraordinary about it is Ledger's performance. Bale is alright, two face was unnecessary and not really wanted, the action was terrible and didn't feel like a superhero movie should (Iron Man did). The only reason I rewatch the movie is for Ledger, and even then Hamill's joker was better, despite being a cartoon.
