Disappointment, that's all I have. I truly wanted for the game to be as good as Bungie's original vision. It's a fun game, but the issues that come with it aren't helping it all towards that ideal image of a 10 year lifespan.

The teacher was doing her job to make the student comply with school policy. However, personal faith criticisms were unneeded. Pointing fingers for lack of patriotism? Is that patriotism, or just a petty struggle to fake one in risks of being dissed as "that teacher that allowed an atheist kid not pledge to his country"

This thread made me think of Sexy Commando Gaiden for some reason.

During the height of student protests in Greece I was going in High School. The rate of protests was the highest in my senior year, and as someone who was usually... Consulted by the ones involved in the school government, there was a huge interest to start a protest, but without any substantial need to do so.

Therefore, I do support student protests, but from students who actually know, and understand the issue. Those who appear because they are following without knowing, or those who merely want to skip class deserve no attention whatsoever in the matter.

Politics are a continuation from the ancient times to the modern ones. Learning, and understanding what has occurred is key to establish a firm political belief for a solution that befits the given status. There are certainly some beliefs which I despise but I wouldn't hesitate to pick them up in case the conditions were befitting them. I'll be fair and say that I am dangerously open minded, more so than most people who are fixated into a single belief and deny that it changed.

That sounds suspiciously like political revisionism.
