Essentially what I am saying in that post, Cheat.

On the test forum it does look a touch too wide. I'd say put it back in at 75% the original. It's not a forum breaking problem, but having the banner ramming into the top nav is an eyesore while there is free space along the sides of the forum container (on desktop). It makes perfect design sense to remove the space on mobile, where the sides reach the edge of the device, though.

I wouldn't call the gap between the banner and the header an issue. I do however think that the gap was too big, and caused an aesthetically displeasing experience. Since people provided feedback that they hated the gap, I felt that running without a gap at all would be better.

Instead, that's not the case. The true issue lies with the background, and initial distance between the header, and body. So, besides Cheat's "plans for the future" (Basically him saying what he's going to do in case I don't do it, despite agreeing with him) it makes more sense that the gap exists on the desktop, and not on mobile. Where the latter needs to save as much screen space as possible.

I think because people are stupid.

Why did MCC sell so well?

Was it because people wanted to play Halo 4? Or because they wanted to play CE-3?

This isn't controversial, and also I don't think everything has to get through a poll with the community. In this case, I am more than confident that Cheat, and the Master Ninjas have come with a reasonable solution. If Yutaka didn't display promise then he wouldn't have been chosen. You can rant all you want about it, but you have zero fundamental arguing points besides this poll of yours that displays nothing besides random opinions being cast.

This thread isn't about starting an argument, it's about starting a poll. Something that you didn't do. When a large, controversial decision like this is made by the staff, a thread asking for opinions on it is more than warranted.

And besides, a quick look at the poll results tells you this isn't as black and white as you think.

Yeah, I guess we should get castrated and then demand equal pay. Great.

Yes construction is an example. But even jobs such as farming, agriculture, or anything that requires physical lifting would require a woman to stop working for at least half a year while pregnant.

No stats with me right now. I'm sure I could google it. But just from working within companies, and taking business courses are why I say that women are less reliable and take more days off.

Paternity leave is a new thing (mostly because of homosexual parents) and is less time than women get. Often men are looked down upon when taking leave anyway.

What sort of jobs? Those that most men avoid such as construction? Or you refer to farming, fieldwork, production lines, agriculture and so forth where countless women work in? I'll agree that physically, construction is taxing, but it's also taxing to most men, and there are many safety implications.

Where do you get the idea that all women also would take many days off even when not pregnant? Do you have any legitimate statistics to back that opinion, or it's just your concept of the world from experience, or just whatever opinion you hold?

There's also the fact that many men also decide to raise a family. If men would get paternal leave, and similar rights as women to look after their family then would that excuse to pay men less?

All women don't have children, but the vast majority do. And when a woman gets pregnant, you have to pay them to be out for long periods of time. Plus you have to deal with their moodiness and morning sickness when pregnant.

Even when not pregnant, women take more days off than men. Not to mention women are inferior physically which excludes them from half the jobs out there.

Yeah, too bad that not all women decide to have children. There are also many reasons as to men would get days off, even when they have a family. (It's also part of equality to allow paternity leave) also how do you mean 'less reliable' in what ways, besides the ones associated with pregnancy?

They take more days off and are often less reliable than men.

Those are legit reasons if you are at the head of a company. They make perfect sense to me.

Yeah, great. The basis "You may get pregnant at some point because you are woman" is such a great one to diminish someone's salary. The reasons are not realistic, but more so excuses to pay women less. Truly unfortunate, rather than anything but outright inequality.

Here ya go.
