Gaming / Re: Owning 2 current gen consoles?
« on: October 22, 2014, 04:07:09 AM »
I am concerned for the PlayStation 4 due to Sony Entertainment's condition. What might be a letdown for the dedicated PlayStation users is the risk that Sony might sink down the road. This new generation of consoles will have a lifespan of at least five years, and an extended one up to ten.

If someone purchases a PlayStation 4 during the holiday of 2014, and within the next two years Sony flops its entertainment division then those dedicated gamers will left dead in the water. Not necessarily meaning that new releases won't occur, or support will be instantly dropped, but the issue is the uncertain stagnation that might occur.

On the other hand, Microsoft with the Xbox One has been trying to establish things since last year's E3 conference. They switched their focus to fix the burned bridges that Sony took an advantage of at the time. This might not necessarily mean anything, but when it comes to such direct competition and that Microsoft has successfully been capturing a slice of the Japanese market share is a strong sign.

Of course, it doesn't mean that since Microsoft is successful today it will also be tomorrow, but the same can be also said for Sony itself which actually is in a worrisome state.

The Flood / Re: So Cheat......
« on: October 22, 2014, 03:48:29 AM »
It's too early to make the dedicated members of the community stand out. One reason we have the special user bars and such is to establish someone's time and dedication to the community. We are working on different things, including badges, and maybe special title bars for the most dedicated people. However, these will become more prominent as our numbers grow, and our community expands further.

That would kinda suck. I would not want to live forever, even if everything is perfect. Life would get dull, and there would be no way out because you had already died.

I won't spoil it. I doubt anyone will actually manage to watch it wholly and actually figure out what I mean.

Which entity am I in this video?

That anime in a metaphorical way is The Flood. From its art style, writing, story, and characters.

I expected an image involving me.

Septagon / Re: Front Page UI Design Contest?
« on: October 21, 2014, 02:36:06 PM »
No need for a contest as the development of the new design is open for input by any member. I'll soon post more updates relevant to the home page of Sep7agon, too. You can check out the thread, and share feedback. Also, what I am working on is similar to Cheat's idea, but I don't want to be technical at this stage since anything is possible. (And Cheat, mostly thinks in a technical manner when it comes to design)

No, I am currently a uni student, though. I used to have a part time job, however.

Do you have a job?

I can't really decide, I usually follow up from game and anime soundtracks. So my interests are sparse.

Favourite current music artists?

The what?

Have you ever observed the Malberry bush?

Heh, sex appeal is optional for my position.

How did you get your position with a small booty?

Ah... Well, how about you draw some cool post-apocalyptic machinery? Imagine some kind of small vehicle like the Vulture from StarCraft.

What else?

The channel? No, I don't watch TV, nor I follow most series. If you mean BBCode, I find it as a good alternative to giving people raw html as it would be somewhat of a vulnerability.

do you like bbc?

Yes, and we are testing and settling these things over time.

Will there be a Sep7agon podcast?  And if so will there be live streams and who would be the host?

Hm, I always wanted to be a game developer. Part of that is coding. I have an aptitude for programming, and it's my main talent. When I was younger, when others were spending their time outside, or building up drama with bad relationships, I spent my time learning many things.

Where'd did you learn to code and all that? Why did you?

I'll take a deep breath and yell "Che cazzo fate! DIDDLI DILLDI CAZZI VOI"

If dead in the middle of Little Italy, two men riddled some middle men who didn't do diddily, would two men who riddled some middle men who didn't do diddily truly be dead in the middle of Little Italy?

I don't have any dollars. Only euros.

Can I borrow $50?

You know what to draw. ; )

What should I draw?

Well, the social situation of the country is ten years behind, filled with an economical and political crisis, and many other problems that I don't feel like talking about.

What's it like in Greece?

The first time I saw him was the rules thread on this site. The first time I actually spoke to him was on a PM where I thought I broke the forums, but it was a normal bug. It's unavoidable, everyone here gets to meet Cheat.

How did you come to know Cheat?

I didn't expect someone would bet their fertility on my avatar's origins.

If it's not, I'll castrate myself

I have been around for about three weeks, but what I do is to develop the forum software, and some community management. You ought to check my signature for the thread which focuses on the next version of Sep7agon, and the patch notes. I also write the "Food for Thought" articles on a weekly basis.

I've never seen you here until yesterday. So I guess elaborate on what you do? I dunno

Not sure. I found it in a long image search session for a good avatar, and I found this image which had to be cleaned up to be found via reverse image search. It had really few results, and those were from people who had already edited the image. So, I have no idea, nor it had any license attached to it.

Where is you avatar from?

Really? Well, it does look like that...

It has improvements which lack from Windows, but it's based on Unix, with some open source parts.

Why do you use OS X?

They are somewhat annoying, because most people use them for the sake of using them, without making the context funny.

Do you like >implications?

I don't have one to measure. And the neighbor is sleeping, but he will mind if I wander around trying to count the size of his chickens.

How big is your cock?

Depends on the context.

What's the best way to break someone?
