You mean the poor worker that has to cut down those trees, or the person sitting on a leather chair worth $2k in Chicago? It's things like this fungus that are destroyed when you go slashing and burning to raise some fucking cattle to sell to McDonalds.

It's not wholly on our control, Cheat has stated multiple times that he's working with the ad provider to prevent such incidents. We were forced in the current condition because of Google. We were nice with Google Ads. They paid well, many members didn't block our ads and some of them were useful, and most importantly safe.
Then at some point, even though we did abide with their policies, which made our community uncomfortable, but nonetheless accepting of the fact that Google Ads was a reliable service with which to monetize our community's upkeep turned its tail on us and stirred the waters without any actual forewarning, they dropped on us, cut us out, the money which we still hadn't claimed from the Google Ads account was kept, and we were suddenly thrown into a vortex that involves finding an ad provider that fits to our needs.
None of this would have happened if Google would have been more transparent with its issues, maybe a little understanding of the fact that we actually put out advertisements of third parties on our websites. We might not be the biggest website out in the wilds, but we certainly shouldn't be treated like pushovers because Google feels comfortable in doing so.
In the bottom line, we have moved on from Google, we are trying some new ad providers, sometimes some unexpected incidents may happen with some ads, and Cheat and I as we previously stated many times, and I am sure other people in the staff and the general membership knows all too well that we don't mean to treat our community poorly, we do deserve some good, safe, and meaningful advertisements to show on the various pages that we all browse.

It has been bothering me, and it's something I plan to tackle on the design stage of the next version. However, from a discussion earlier with Cheat (some week ago) it's quite realistic that pinned threads might be moved to the side for devices with a certain screen size. Look at the pinned topics in Septagon again, and try to tell me how what I proposed is a bad idea.

I highly doubt that San Andreas will get a HD touch besides a few basic things not to make it look too silly on a HD device such as the Xbox 360 or a HD TV.

Please, wait until the new logo goes online before tattooing Sep7agon on your body. You can even get advertisment tattooed on your own body for money.

It doesn't automatically mean that the game 10 years ago was bad. Perhaps there were actually good features in a previous title that made the game more enjoyable, or challenging. If those features were lost then someone would legitimately hold it against the developer. I think that people who complain have a reason to do so, but to find the reason you need to dig a little further. Veterans get butthurt about everything unless it's an exact copy of a game from 10 years ago... What else is new?

No mac version, so I didn't pick up the game yet. Also certain veteran players have expressed ample negative feedback about its features, gameplay and UI.

If you are using OS X to work with audio editing then I'd suggest GarageBand. If you are on Windows... No clue. Since you are learning the hard way, then keep in mind that you should watch some great machinima, and understand what went into them, and what elements make them great before proceeding making your own.

The office was dull. The only sounds of the wet city roads being crossed by the cars was the most encouraging noise that one might get in such a place. My glass being empty as melancholy paints the dust of the files on my desk. It was a typical winter day. Until they knocked on the door. No visits were expected that day, but nonetheless I moved myself to open the door and I was met with a gun. Soon enough my guts were shot, and found myself in a hospital bed with a bunch of doctors working on me. That's when I got my first hint. I wasn't to be taken out of the picture, bur rather, spitted onto the side. Someone was onto removing me from a case. The case that landed onto my desk a few months later, but the connection wasn't made until it was too late... beg your pardon?

Imagine if Japan didn't actually have laws to censor these things... For a moment there, you probably imagined some of the most twisted, and fearsome images that can be released upon humankind. Good thing that Japan is self-aware-- to an extent.

That's actually awful to see. UK's huge population growth should allow many possibilities to sell, and produce all sorts of goods and services. Notwithstanding the potential skilled human resources that will exponentially grow over the years thanks to this boom.

Before rushing to the feds... Keep in mind that they tend to monitor things, document them and not necessarily let you ever know. You know DDoSing someone is a federal offense, yeah?
Yes. I actually want to know where I can report it, it happened a few times from him and I get threatened with it according to my girlfriend.

True, or he can purchase something that is compatible with OS X and turn the laptop into a hackintosh to have the most benefit out of it... But it sounds like OP definitely needs Windows on it. OP doesn't make it sound like he needs something really powerful. You can get a decent enough laptop just to take notes on, use MS Office and browse the internet for a fraction of the price a Macbook will cost you. I would strongly advise against getting one in OP's case.

Funny the way you word it. It's not like I have that much money myself to spend on a machine such as a computer, but if it's a tool for my work and studies then I'd rather invest money into something powerful, and of a decent quality. Macs just work out of the box, and don't have any sorts of crapware to deal with. Some people have budgets.

I hated the story in Skyrim and how dragons made your life annoying. Perhaps, once or twice witnessing a dragon is enjoyable, however as you grow in levels every few minutes you are faced with a dragon which not necessarily challenging, but annoying.
Then I begun avoiding the main story, and the triggers for dragons by spawning by a start area of my choice (Usually Riverwood) and starting my own story from there. The game is much enjoyable when you role-play yourself as a hunter, or a thief, or anything like that which becomes more involving with mods at your disposal.
