I never said that people who dislike anime shouldn't bother commenting; I said that derailing posts would be deleted, and that the thread was only to be used for Anime discussion and recommendations. Don't forget the part where she deleted the comments she didn't like and threatened people that don't like anime to not comment.
It's awkward that you would call some experimentation as a personal interest. What would I be gaining from pinning a thread on The Flood on a personal level? Attention is a personal interest for you, perhaps, but for me it isn't. If I wanted attention then I would not be on Sep7agon, I would be doing something else with my time. This too, it's the first time that I have seen a moderator use their power to help their own personal interests, and that should not happen. I wish I was able to pin my threads so they received more attention, but that's not how it works.
It was in a grey are where he simply asked why the thread was getting a different treatment than other threads. I felt that it would sway the discussion towards something beyond the thread's purpose, and thus it was removed from the thread. He was also informed via PM of what was actually going on. I wasn't there, I can't verify if Nuka's comment was actually contributory to the thread or not.
However if it didn't derail it, then I don't see why it would be deleted.

Depends on what you mean "max out" because of the mods the level of hardware that is needed to truly maximize the potential in graphics out of the game could go in the thousands. If you go with a build like the one above with some changes then you can probably run things at Skyrim's high settings.
