Oh, but I CAN understand what he is going through to a degree. Though our exact circumstances may be different, the end result is the same. Death. I can understand the depression he speaks of; the harrowing and unending darkness and sadness, watching as your mind, body, and very spirit begin to crumble around you, and being helpless to stop it. To truly feel a complete absence of hope. I'm assuming you weren't on B.net when I came clean about a lot of stuff.

I can actually say that I understand what you're going through. This is the first post in a while I can truly sympathize with. I am truly sorry that you're going through all this; it is not enjoyable even in the slightest degree (understatement.)
Its hell. Plain and simple. Suffering, sadness, and death at their core.
No amount of words I type on some internet forum can ease your suffering, but I hope it at least provides you with the comfort that there are people out there other than just those you know offline that care about you. There are two entire websites full of such people. It doesn't mean much, but it means something I suppose.

Its also sad that the only person who's relationship got closure was Verrick's. Mako, Bollin, Korra; NONE of them actually had what happened to them shown. All we got was some weird teasing and what appears to be a very sudden lesbian camping trip.

Honestly all i feel is that each season or book should have been turned into their own series. It felt too rushed and not enough was fleshed out.
Book 2 and 3 could've easily been its own series.
Vaatu should have been the main antagonist of the series. They could have made it so that Amon was just being influenced by Vaatu during Book 1 and reveal that during the Season Finale, Book 2 would have Unalaq directly and willingly serving Vaatu and finally openly show him. Book 3 would either have Zaheer come in as an independent villain or just remove him entirely to save him for a future series and instead focus on Korra fixing all the crap Vaatu caused in the last Book, and trying to restore balance. Maybe move the Beifong's introduction to Book 2, and have Kuvira be a secondary antagonist in Book 3. Book 4 could have been to LoK what Book 3 was to TLA; and have Korra and Vaatu finally come to a full on confrontation. The series then could have ended as a merge between S2's and S4's season finales, with Korra finally restoring balance.
