You can get a modern tablet for cheaper if you search right.

if getting a phone for one game is incredibly stupid, why is getting a tablet smarter

and i didn't buy it, it was given to me

That's an incredibly stupid reason to buy a phone, just get a fucking tablet.

Verb actually has a phone now. He got one to play Pokemon Go.

I don't have OCD for anything. It's just a mix of remembering the old days where I would be playing on my laptop with a wooden chair on a dusty desk. Is that just wear and tear on your keyboard and mouse pad?

triggering your ocd?

If I wasn't poor then that would be an even better excuse for me to throw money away at a lawn mowing service no?

Maybe you should stop being so poor.

What does the definition have to do with whether or not it actually IS funny? Jokes are supposed to be funny but there's a lot of really bad ones.

Do you know what a meme is? no? Ok then google the definition.

I wouldn't mind torching the entire backyard TBH.

200 bucks for lawn mowing equipment?

All you need is a little gas and a lighter

The Flood / Re: One of my cats is missing

It's easier to pay somebody to not do a job than save the money?

50 bucks to have them cut the front and the back, that's standard here. The only problem being that the people we hired seem to be lazy. We just need to find a service that isn't a bunch of lazy crooks.

Kill your self faggot

Great, now find one that also comes with a weed eater for the same price. I live paycheck to paycheck and it's easier to throw 50 bucks together than anything over 100.

We don't have any lawn equipment nor do I have the money to go out and get any. It's much easier to pay someone 50 bucks every two weeks then save up 200 for the needed equipment.

Bro
Just mow your own fucking lawn

One of the cats got out a week ago (not Mordred, he's afraid of the outside). Stupid fucking squatter roommates left the back door open and Rambo got out to the backyard which is overgrown because the lawn people are fucking crooks. Took me a whole day to find him, he was stuck under the fence, couldn't even fucking see him because of all the fucking overgrown weeds. I don't mind the cats being outside, but not when the lawn people take our money and only do half their fucking job. That's the only reason I don't give them some time outdoors.

KYS

Seen most of season 1 and the motion picture.

Seen all of TNG, some of Voyager.

Like I said, not a purist.

What you're seeing is the opposite end of the spectrum from TNG as far as Gene's "Vision" goes. Where you might think that maybe the new movies don't have enough of his vision, TNG has way too fucking much of it. Don't get me wrong, I like TNG but God damn does it try so hard to always shove the theme of "PUSHING HUMANITIES BOUNDARIES" in every single episode and movie (except for Nemesis I mean Jesus Fucking Christ what a mess). Whereas the the movies for TOS and the later seasons (minus The Motion Picture) is more lenient on his vision and is ultimately what made the series successful enough to spawn spin-offs such as TNG, Voyager, and DS9.

Out of all the spin-offs we got, Enterprise was as close as we were going to get to the original and Sci-Fy dropped the ball with scheduling. The closest thing in TNG we get to "classic" Star Trek is Generations and that's only because Kirk is there to do a reality check on the whole "PUSHING HUMANITIES BOUNDARIES" theme. In essence, gene himself lacked his own vision and that ultimately why The Motion Picture failed despite having what was a good setup.

Any Star Trek fan that hates the new movies clearly forgot what made it popular in the first place (that and being the first in a long line of sci-fi themed shows with an 48 minute long episode run time). And that the theme of man kind's place in the stars is a backdrop to whatever is going on in the forefront of the story, and that's what Beyond is shaping to look like with its setting.
