Just played 2 games of the new Beta for the first time. That was shit.
Biggest complaint: the kill times are fucking insanely ridiculous. I thought BF4 had fast kill times, but this is just horrible.
Other things: talk about corny. I could maybe look past the retarded premise of a police force sending in 500 guys to level a city to stop some drug dealers and bank robbers, but it's asking too much when every time I spot someone, I have to hear Beefhead McTesticles scream "DUDE'S UNDER ARREST" or "GET DOWN ON THE GROUND", coupled with what might as well be the Magnum PI soundtrack.
Take all of that away, and you're left with a Battlefield mod that looks like it was made in Frostbite II, and has shit-tier weapon balance.

Love all the changes. Glad to see the AR got nerfed in smart scope: that was crazy magnetism. Plus, the SPNKr and crouch jumping is back, the game will (hopefully) be less dudebro, and quickscoping should hopefully not have a few frame animation where you sway a giant box in front of the screen. To be fair with PSU: how many people who've hated Halo since Reach, over mechanics like sprint, do you think still bought an Xbone, the MCC, played the beta, and signed up for Halo surveys? That's a pretty narrow selection pool, considering the fact that it assumes the average person participates on Waypoint or opens their emails from 343. Same thing happened with arguments all over Reach and H4 forums: the "vocal minority" over lots of issues would be considerably bigger if you include the people with those opinions who decided to give up on the franchise and not bother bitching on forums all day. Can't say that 11% would be 80% (or even 50%) or anything, but I bet it'd be more than 11%. Speaking of sprint an spartan abilities, I feel like a 4v4 beta wasn't enough to really show off their potential in the game. I would love a BTB map with a fuck tonne of skyscrapers or something that you can really use the ground point and thruster on, almost like Mirrors Edge or something. That would be sweet.
Oh god, imagine parkouring through a huge as fuck New Mombasa level.

You have to get the lighting exactly right, and the screen can't have wrinkles. I'm pretty sure you should also be trying your best not to have shadows visible. Even then, it still won't be perfect.
Depends how long it'll take you to fix it. The longer you wait, the less relevant the review will be.
