Honestly, it just looked silly. I don't understand the franchise anymore. It was so popular because of how "super spec-ops tactical" it made itself out to be, and now it's dudebros jumping 30 ft in the air, doing tricks, and shooting mecha-tanks.

-I feel like this game really doesn't need higher res (crudely drawn) textures and a better frame rate.
-Matchmaking + performance improvements seem worthy of a patch, not a re-release.
-All that's really left is the tacked on mini game.
Don't see this remaster going anywhere.

I mean, it looks entertaining, if you compare it to a game like Monster Hunter, and don't expect the same type of game as real Metroid Prime. The only thing that irks me are the chibi-robots.

It's hilarious how MacBooks are $1.2-1.6k, the RAM is soldered in, optical drives are not included (at least on the Macbook Air) and external Apple ones go for around $80, and they operate about as fast as a Chromebook.
The only thing decent about Macs is the OS, especially if you have zero understanding of how to use a computer.

I'm still waiting on that promised "classic unmolested Halo experience" playlist that was promised for Halo 4 prior to launch.
Team Throwdown came out, which was the best Halo 4 ever played, but they threw it into one playlist, so it quickly became the get raped by tryhards playlist, so surprise surprise, no one wanted to play it. Some modders also came out with Promod: It axed sprint and some other things, played with weapon spread, movement acceleration + movement speed, colors, aim assist, bullet magnetism, etc...

If this is already in a thread, deal with it. It's looking pretty sweet. Some Notes -Loadouts are back ( :/ ), but they're tied to a "currency" system based on performance, so not too bad.
-There's an in-game leveling system: everyone starts at 1, and performing better levels you up, allowing you to buy better items with energy, that looks like it fills over time
-Along with the enemy AI, there are also Red and Blue marines
-The AI fights, and interact with you (capping bases, and they even sometimes wave at you)
-There are bosses, in the form of Elite generals, mini-Didact guys, Banshee bullet sponges, etc...
-Capture bases, like in Battlefield's Conquest mode
-There's requisition stations, where you can purchase guns and vehicles while alive
-Forerunner turret, called the Splinter Turret: kinda like a missile pod, without lock-on
-The Mantis can do little evade-jumps

Destiny's multiplayer content is such a joke. Remember when Slayer had the ability to modify just about everything? Well now, they modify one thing at a time and sell it to you, pretending like it's this whole new game mode.
yeah but PvP isn't really a main focus of Destiny, its more centered around PvE where as Halo was dependent on its PvP content.
It's still sad that they're bundled in DLC, or even talked about. They try to hype up every time they add a game mode (which is really just an existing game mode with a modifier, essentially) to their weak as shit list. How much is this expansion going to cost? $40? It hardly seems worth it.
