The apology was okay, but Bungie's reaction is pathetic.
They think their expansion is worth 2/3 that of their base game, in its entirety, assuming their base game is actually worth $60.
They then think a cape, shader, and an emote deserves its own $20 price tag, aka the price of an entire DLC expansion, or 1/3 the price of their base game.
That's ridiculous.

It is locked at 30 by default, and you have to modify the max framerate in a text file.
On my beast build, I would get a fairly consistent 50-60 FPS (on max settings) during gameplay, and an occasional frame drop, plus screen tearing, right after loads and on batmobile sequences. Cutscenes would lag like hell, though.
I'm not too mad, because I only spent $30 on it, and just got Witcher III, also.
