Well Riverwood is the first village you walk into, so it would make sense that it would be slightly more developed so as to leave a better first impression on the player. I personally like modded Riften the best.

What are your favorite and least favorite periods of history?
I personally love all history, but the one period that interests me most is the Viking Age/British Dark Ages. The period that I find least interesting would probably be the American Revolution and early 1800s America. I've learned them way too much in school.
