Well naming a dog, "Dog" is stupid, so nicknaming a regular pokemon makes perfect sense, but why would you name Bigfoot, "Jimmy"? Personally, I only nickname the stuff I personally breed for competitive use. I don't normally give nicknames to the random crap I catch in the wild. I treat nicknames like a privilege.

If you're expecting a traditional Halo experience, you're going to be disappointed. If it does comfort you though, Halo 5 does have a heavy emphasis on Arena mechanics.
We'll see how well received it is at release. I don't mind a few new game mechanics so long as they don't attempt to turn it into some CoDified twitch shooter abomination like they did with Halo 4. If Halo 5 is good enough to be a killer app, then I will buy an Xbone for it.

Calling Skyrim an RPG is a bit generous. But more than anything, it's humungously overrated and bafflingly glitchy. Oblivion has things called "depth" and "quest variety," which seem to be alien concepts to the world of Skyrim.
