Putting Oblivion on the same level as Skyrim is just insulting. I'm not saying Oblivion is even deserving of good tier RPG, but it most certainly excelled past Skyrim in almost every way you can measure the quality of RPG elements.
And lack of Dragon's Dogma disappoints.
Oblivion was only better than Skyrim in that it had better side quests. It's main quest was equally bad, it's levelling system was downright terrible, most of the dungeons were copied and pasted, the UI was horrid, and like Skyrim, Oblivion also suffered from a severe lack of depth. Don't even get me started on how badly Bethesda butchered Cyrodiil... At least Skyrim got that part right.

Also, Skyrim belongs in the "Baby's first RPG tier".
That's why it's Meh Tier. It's extremely dumbed down and has about as much depth as a puddle, but it's not terrible. Oblivion is Meh Tier because it is plagued by many of the same problems as Skyrim with the added fact that they completely butchered the game world. Oblivion is still a great game, but it is a game of wasted potential.

ME1 belongs in God tier. ME2 in Good tier. ME3 in none because it's an action shooter with a few RPG elements.

Story was lolworthy and forgettable, but the game was still good.
Actually, scratch that. It belongs in the Okay Tier at best.

Origins was Mass Effect tier. Still a great game, but it's not the end all be all. Also, I forgot about DX:HR... That game was God Tier. System Shock 2 I never actually played, so I didn't rate it.

I played Morrowind after I played Oblivion and Skyrim. Once you look past the outdated combat mechanics and UI, it's an incredibly immersive game with an incredibly fleshed out world. Oblivion and Skyrim ain't got shit on Morrowind.

The only ones in contention for that are Russkies and KSA.
With russkies they just have a shit connection, they are usually pretty chill players. KSA though, I have yet to see one in BF4 who isn't a tryhard of the highest calibre and/or endless scummy tactics like shooting through floors in glitch spots with a generally shit connection.
BRBRBRs combine all of the above into one hellish EU server destroying experience.
Russians are only cool when they can speak English. Otherwise it's just nonstop Cyrillic and "CYKA CYKA BLYAT!" Chinese are like an unholy combination of BRs and Russians with the added fact that many of them hack.

I doubt it. But one can dream.
I'd love another NewVegas, not so much the local or story. But the setting, the atmosphere and the choice just made NewVegas a better game than Fallout 3. Just imagine what New Vegas could have been with a brand new engine and a current gen console?
Here's hoping Fallout 4 is in some sort of dry desert and not some dull grey city.

in competitive pokémon, there exists a system of tiers that is based on how frequently each pokémon is used in the battle simulators--the more often a pokémon is used, the more viable it is in the metagame (because you wouldn't use a sucky pokémon if you wanted to win)
the main tiers are NU (never used), UU (under-used), and OU (over-used)
pokémon who are over-used tend to dominate the metagame
but there's also a special tier for pokémon that are too strong for the normal metagame--this is the "Uber" tier
this is where the most powerful legendary pokémon go (usually), and any pokémon that is considered "uber" is not allowed to be used in regular play
when ORAS came out, however, they introduced a slew of new mega evolutions
one of which was Mega Rayquaza
Mega Rayquaza is considered so strong, they banned from from Ubers
and now they have a brand new tier, "AG", "anything goes", where literally anything can go
it is the power creep
I've never really had any problems fighting Mega Quaza. He should definitely be banned because he requires no mega stone and allows for a second mega on your team, but other than that, he's usually pretty easy to kill. TBH, I find Mega Groudon to be way more OP. It's incredibly tanky, only has one weakness, and deals a ridiculous amount of damage. Definitely way more annoying than Mega Rayquaza. Either way, legendaries are for scrubs.
