Depends on the game / platform. Always high on consoles, medium sens on PC (depending on the game).
Husky, what's your cm/360? With no / minimum accel, of course.
On most games it's about 20/360. I'd go lower, but my current mouse pad is too small.

I personally keep my mouse at 800 dpi and use low sensitivity in game, though if I'm driving or flying, I raise the sensitivity, since flying with low sensitivity is horrible.
