It's best you wait a month for better mods (you'll need em) and patches. Make sure to always order on Newegg too. If it was Amazon you did it wrong.
In the meantime, play New Vegas if you can. Better game anyway.
Processor is coming from NCIX US, because that's where it was cheapest (It was also one of the only places that had it in stock. It must have run out while I was ordering.). The mobo and PSU are coming from SuperBiiz. The hard drive, OS, and keyboard are coming from Amazon, and everything else is coming from Newegg.

It's basically an open worlded RPG where the player can build an army and become anything from a lord to a king to a bandit or even a merchant. However, it's also very spreadsheety and a tad unpolished, but that's where modding community comes into play. M&B has one of the best modding communities ever.
