I read the official report on climate change (It was something like 100+ pages long)

I don't think (I hope) anyone denies that global warming is a thing. Massive things like this are natural in our planet and we're overdue for many a thing, this included.
I think the people (like him) who say it's overblown, are saying humans effects on it are overblown. That's the thing people argue over, not that it's a thing. Now me personally, I listen to the evidence provided and it's no secret us polluting the atmosphere isn't good. Just look at Beijing. If you deny humans can have profound effects on the atmosphere and the delicate environment, then I personally think you are a fool.
The best part is the people outright denying evidence such as this (at least on the internet. Not with politicians), are the same ones who laugh at people for believing god. If that's not irony, I don't know what is.
When I'm saying it's overblown, I'm saying it's overhyped. People act as if humanity wouldn't be able to adapt to a shitty situation. If we have to live on a water world, we'll just find a way to genetically modify ourselves to breathe underwater. Or we'll just build IRL Rapture. Point being, climate change isn't going to extinct humanity. Will it shake things up? Absolutely. Will humanity adapt? Yes. We survived the ice ages when we were still a bunch of fucking primitives. We survived numerous plagues. We managed not to nuke ourselves during the Cold War. We'll survive global warming. People are just being far too pesimistic about all of this.

Actually a new Dragon Break will occur, in which Sheogorath will take over the Summerset Isles and some faggot mage will also have dropped the Shivering Isles realm of Oblivion into Tamriel over the Summerset Isles, squashing them fully; and the Thalmor monarch will go raving mad in yet a another timeline. So in short, fuck you.
That's actually dumb enough that Bethesda writers might put that in.

Absolutely not. Then you'd just get a ridiculously shallow and scaled down version of both provinces. And besides, there is no way in fuck that Bethesda would be able to do justice to Valenwood with current hardware limitations. A constantly moving tree city would be way too resource intensive for current consoles and most PCs to handle.

With current technology and hardware limitations, there is no way in hell that Bethesda will be able to do Black Marsh or Valenwood justice. If TES VI were to be set in one of these locations, then chances are we'd be getting a massive retcon ala Cyrodiil with Oblivion and get some generic fantasy bullshit. Valenwood would be more generic LoTR, and Black Marsh would just be a bunch of Argonians living in mud huts. Nobody wants that. Elswyr and Hammerfell are far better choices, as both would be relativel easy to do with current tech, and both are unique. Elsweyr has an extremely diverse environment and would have the a similar alien feel to Morrowind, and Hammerfell is the most unique of the Human provinces and has a shitload of awesome lore to back it up.
