Anyone know if you can get some not shit legendary effects on Gatling Lasers? Farmed the croup manner basement for an hour and only got:

quickdraw x 5
poisoner's x 5
lucky x 6
junkie's x 7
staggering x 3
freezing x 5

Settled with staggering since it lets me just stunlock things to death, but I was hoping for something like wounding or rapid. I have no idea what site to trust over the others on what effects can be on what weapons, since they all conflict and have people saying they're correct.
I got a rapid from Maxon during the Railroad questline, though I'm guessing you sided with BoS.
Yeah, looks like people just assumed since Maxson's special one has rapid, that any of them can, but it looks like it's unique to his one. And yeah that's who I sided with so can't kill him for it

Hopefully that goes on console, then I'd definitely use it

Nice mullet.

The Crimean Invasion and recent Islamic bullshit has made me go from being an isolationist Libertarian to a borderline Fascist.

The Spy is the perfect class to describe my play style. Basically: lure or misdirect and then get a kill when they are distracted.
Is this why you created Sep7agon?

This feels particularly immersive to me. I've vacationed in Bar Harbor and have been to many of the locations in this DLC IRL. It's surprising how accurate some of them are.

How long until FO4 gets a Cape Cod DLC?

I bet they still have the Code of Hammurabi out there, just make sure ISIS doesn't enter this piece of glorious history.
It's in the Louvre. The French took it.

Nothing has changed about the modding community for Bethesda games though.
It always had it's autistic side, just now there isn't really as many decent mods to counteract it.

Just look at this shit...

Bethesda's modding community is pure autism these days. I need some other games to mod.

6 stunfisk
I used Stunfisk in the Monotype tourney. That thing is bad.

I need something to do and I wanna try out some new Pokemon online. Just recommend me a cool looking set I'll see about breeding it up. Only rule is no Legendaries or Hidden Powers, because those are a pain in the ass.

Example:
Tyrantrum @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Head Smash
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Superpower

Damn that actually made me feel great.

Dick measuring contests on skill ceilings/the amount of skill required to be 'average' at a specific game tbh
You sound like someone who is in denial at the fact that he's bad and needs to git gud.

Why isn't Mongolia on the target list? For all we know those bastards could be building up to bring back their empire.
Because Mongols are super effective against Russians.

Tip for stealiing from grocery stores: you can legit just walk out of the store with anything under $25 and they won't bother to stop you, and in most stores their employees aren't even allowed to follow you out the door unless they're legit loss prevention guys. Bring a plastic bag and a receipt, and if anyone says anything as you leave, just flash the receipt and say you're in a hurry.

I mean, don't steal, but no minimum wage employee cares if you walk out with stuff to feed yourself.
The minimum wage people don't give a shit, but the managers sure as fuck do. One time this hobo stole an ice cream cone from this store I used to work at and the manager literally went apeshit. Dude literally hunted the hobo down and got him arrested all over a fucking ice cream cone.

Nope. Maybe some of my really old B.net posts would make me cringe, but I'm still largely the same person now as I was when I joined first Sep7agon.

Anything under a consistent 30 FPS is unplayable.
Tell that to the millions of people who have played and enjoyed games like Ocarina of Time--which runs at 20fps, which can drop to 15fps depending on the area. Considered one of the greatest games of all time.

You may not agree with that, but it sure makes your sweeping statement sound pretty dumb.
And OOT was also released like 20 years ago. I bet Dark Souls would be real fun with a consistent 20 FPS.

Graphics don't matter, but frames and other technical aspects do.

Bad frames = unplayable game.
No, inconsistent frames (typically) = unplayable game. Even then, "unplayable" is a strong word.

There's no such thing as a "bad frame."
Anything under a consistent 30 FPS is unplayable.
