Never saw it, didn't like the first one enough to bother with it.
I'ma sucker for spider-man. The newest Marvel iteration seems like it will be nice, though it's a bit much to have 3 different film series in 15 years.
I'm not a particularly big fan of Spiderman, but I have to admit, the spiderman in Civil War was pretty spot on and honestly one of the few good things about the film.

It took more than a week for the Army Corps of Engineers to review the easement given to the Dakota Access Pipeline.
I'm not entirely certain, but I think it was at least two or three weeks.
Also, I doubt race had something to do with the issue. The Standing Rock sioux reservation has a population of about 15000, whereas the population of Bismarck; which the pipeline was originally going to be up stream of, has a population of about 65,000. If there were a spill that affected a population, I assume it would be preferred that it occur to a smaller number of people.
Granted, I am happy that it was determined that the pipeline will be rerouted somewhere else.
Also, it should be noted, that citizens of the reservation had the opportunity to vote against the pipeline two years ago, and from what I've heard about the opinions within the reservation, there's a lot of indifference.
