Independence day

Wtf bro, do you hate America or something?
I cringe when any movie revolves around "Mister President."

Clearly an anti-american fuckstick.

Not really ASMR, I used to fall asleep listening to my parents watching TV when I was little, it helps out a lot but I live alone right now so I can't really rely on that.

Does ASMR work on you?

An iPhone and and some earphones will do in a pinch.

Otherwise read a book or listen to a podcast.

I mean

I feel like two sexually active adults should be able to acknowledge their deep interests in anatomy and not have it be a whole thing.

Shen from Sleeping Dogs is so far the only character within videogames that I think I've ever really identified with, due to the mention of him being a bit of a social chameleon because of moving around as a kid.

Where are you in college right now? Have you moved past the more basic courses to more specialized subjects, or is that you're not quite sure what it is you want to pursue yet? It might just be that you need to take a break for a semester or two, removing the stress of schoolwork could help you sort things out.
i'm in a financial position where i'm only able to take one or two classes per semester, because that's all i can afford

so i'm still taking basic courses, and at this rate, i probably won't even graduate until 2030

if i take a semester off, my parents are going to force me to move out immediately, which i'm not ready for

That seems rather unreasonable given your current circumstance, but I guess it would dumb to assume that you haven't already tried to get them to change their minds.

I can get why you'd be terrified of driving, have you ever considered practising late at night when there's basically no one on the road? I'm not sure what your specific issue with driving is beyond you finding it terrifying, but it would hopefully be less stressful with needing less motorists you'd need to keep watch for.
yes, i have--believe me, i've tried everything

Hmm.

Well shit. I'm sorry but I can't really think of anything to say beyond "That sucks."

contrary to what some people have told me, having a job is the worst fucking thing in the world, and is every bit as miserable as it seemed in my childhood nightmares

college fucking sucks and the only thing keeping me from dropping out is not wanting to disappoint my parents--i'm also struggling to afford my tuition and my debt ceiling rises every semester just like everybody else

trump is president and the world is going to shit

none of my friends are happy with their lives either, which tends to amplify my own anxieties, because i've been cursed with this thing called empathy

my parents are becoming increasingly irritated with my mopey attitude lately and obviously want me to move out soon, but i can't drive (because i'm scared to death of it) or pay rent because i don't quite make enough money to do so

life is pretty fucking terrible right now my man

i haven't had an overall good day since early last summer, and things have only been getting steadily worse and worse since then

👌

Any particular reason why?

Oh Ender/LC, you have this on PC????????????

Shit, I uninstalled it because NO ONE played it, but I have a few who would play if there were more people, and a guild seems a nice way to actually have to structure.

Is it worth the $10?
personally i'd say so

How different is it gameplay-wise from Skyrim?

But ye I'll download it tonight.
If you bind the keys to the similar ones from Skyrim, it's more or less the same with an MMO twist to it. The combat is not as meaty, but MMO's rarely are. You can look up some combat gameplay to check it out, there is plenty.

Cool beans.

I once met a man from Peru.

He was 64 and he hadn't live in a single country for more than a year since he graduated from high school.

Pretty chill dude.
I thought this was going to be a limerick
I once met a man from Peru.
He was a pretty chill dude.
He poured me an ale,
And then he regaled,
How he'd travelled the world since his youth.

It was a stout, poured by a bartender.

Did you get to eat some of that world class Peruvian food that all South Americans talk about?
