Not really ASMR, I used to fall asleep listening to my parents watching TV when I was little, it helps out a lot but I live alone right now so I can't really rely on that.
Does ASMR work on you? An iPhone and and some earphones will do in a pinch.

Where are you in college right now? Have you moved past the more basic courses to more specialized subjects, or is that you're not quite sure what it is you want to pursue yet? It might just be that you need to take a break for a semester or two, removing the stress of schoolwork could help you sort things out. i'm in a financial position where i'm only able to take one or two classes per semester, because that's all i can afford
so i'm still taking basic courses, and at this rate, i probably won't even graduate until 2030

That seems rather unreasonable given your current circumstance, but I guess it would dumb to assume that you haven't already tried to get them to change their minds. I can get why you'd be terrified of driving, have you ever considered practising late at night when there's basically no one on the road? I'm not sure what your specific issue with driving is beyond you finding it terrifying, but it would hopefully be less stressful with needing less motorists you'd need to keep watch for.
