Yes, I prefer it to going to the barbershop, though I just shave it all off because I can't be bothered to try anything fancy.
Your first attempt will also be your worst attempt.
It took me a while to get accustomed to cutting my hair using a mirror, though if you just want to cut a bit off your bangs, it probably won't be too bad, just be careful while using your scissors/electric shaver.

The big chaos dude with the third eye or the preorder thing?
I'm not too good with Warhammer characters outside of the big guys and I don't into chaos at all.
It doesn't strike me as any named character though, looks kinda like a generic chaos warlord.

I'd put it to a vote.
Although, to be honest, I haven't managed to give it a proper play-through yet. Broken Lords seem closest to my style of play, although I did try and play a game as the Cultists and found it engaging.
I remember I tried playing the Cultists once. I don't know what became of it.

I'd actually be interested in a live-action adaptation of The Killing Joke.
There hasn't been a live action Red Hood movie yet, but it's been in other media a couple times lately. Also they're doing an animated Killing Joke with Mark Hamill and rated R.
Yeah, I saw the trailer for it a couple days ago, it's why it was on my mind.
