Just start with Children of God whatever you do. They're a weird band to get into. Children of God is the easiest one to start with.
Well, last time I tried, it was before I really started listening to more and more different bands, and I was less open then.
Yeah, but Swans is just a weird-ass band. They started off HEAVY gut punching Industrial/No Wave and then became a softer Industrial band with Joy Division influences. They also did like two Post Rock albums and now they're just doing "Swans genre" because I don't know what I'd call it. The Seer is kind of like Post Punk/Joy Divisiony stuff but it's weird.
