The Flood / What are the oldest memories you have of your fetishes?« on: November 19, 2015, 06:41:34 PM »
What I mean is, what is the earliest experience you remember that you look back on and realize "oh so that's why I have that fetish"
Like, I remember being really little, like 4-5, and for some reason I really liked feet. I didn't know why but then when I got older I went "oh!" I didn't start having momcest fetishes until like my early teens, though. I don't really remember what triggered it other than I guess fetish videos I stumbled upon. 164

Gaming / Dead Space (Shitty Mini Review)« on: November 08, 2015, 07:11:42 PM »
I started playing Dead Space again after getting it as a gift a few years ago and never getting around to beating it. I think before this playthrough, I got to about mission 5 and I dropped it. I don't really know why I dropped it but I think I just wasn't invested in the game enough. I was kind of sleep walking through it. So with that in mind, I decided to give the game another shot and GOD DAMN did I love it.
I'm just going to write some stuff about my favorite parts of the game. Goddamn does this game ever nail the "dirty" sci-fi feeling. Isaac's armor looks cool as shit, the UI is brilliant with the health bar being ON the suit. The ship itself is pretty lovely in its design; it's futuristic and modern but it looks grimy, dark, and rugged, hence "dirty" sci-fi. It helps that Isaac is basically just a blue collar worker thrust into Hell in space. I also like that the rest of the UI (maps, menus, collectables, etc) are handle in a way that you never get taken out of the world. Everything is handled in the game world, and there are no cutscenes in the game essentially, so the story advances naturally with you. If you like that kind of sci-fi/horror aesthetic, this game has it down perfectly. The shooting is tight and well done, and I especially like the dismemberment mechanic. On the one hand it provides an extra layer of body horror to the game, which is fun, but I think the mechanic itself it really great in that it provides you with something other than headshots to strive for. If you're low on health or you need to reload and you have too many enemies on their way to disembowel you, try shooting off their legs to slow them down with what ammo you have left. This is especially handy when you run out of stasis, as the game is telling you "no, you're not screwed, you just have to try harder if you want to slow them down." The bosses in the game kinda blow, however. There are only about 3 in the game though, so it's not an incredibly big deal, just kind of lackluster. The bosses basically all are handled the same way with little differences here and there. The plot is pretty nice, and appeals to me as a horror fan and a sci-fi fan. I especially like how about half way through the game you begin to peel back the top layer of the story and find all of the little Spoiler cult subplots Overall I am really glad I gave the game another chance. Probably one of my new favorite games. If you play it, though, try to play it at night only. It makes the game a lot better. What do you guys think of Dead Space? Are the sequels any good, or are they garbage? 172

Possibly my new favorite game of all time.
What an insanely perfect masterpiece. Easy 10/10. The ending is cool as shit Spoiler stealing from a god hell yes anyone ever played these games? Excited to start Thief: The Metal Age but I think I might play Deus Ex first and I was gunna buy Alien Isolation. 173

Maybe I played them wrong, maybe I didn't give them a fair shot, maybe they are just shit, but either way I don't get how they are supposed to be fun.
How is slow, turn-based fighting with boring enemies, boring environments and a combat system that makes you feel completely without control of your character fun? 177
