My iPhone 6+ kicks ass, actually. It's the best new phone I've bought since the iPhone 4, which I used the shit out of for several years before upgrading.
iPhone 6 doesn't do anything that better phones have done years before the iPhone 6.
It's reliable, easy to use, relatively secure, and has the best looking and most comfortable exterior out of any phone I've seen.
Yeah, Apple's pretty anal about locking down the software, but I always jailbreak and so there isn't that much of a limitation on what I can do with it, software wise.
It's just a preference thing.
