Your card card is waaaaaaay too powerful on its own. It can't be debuffed or destroyed outside of battle and it's a regular member card.
Why not decrease its stats when Cheat is on the field instead of making it super buff 24/7? IDK. If people are cool with it then it's whatever; it just rang as super overpowered to me.
I have another idea if my original one is cast out.

This cards ARG and RT can not be altered. However, if a Cheat card is on the field, increase this cards ARG and RT by 100.
