Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series is a new six part episodic game series set in the world of HBO's groundbreaking TV show. This new story tells of House Forrester, a noble family from the north of Westeros, loyal to the Starks of Winterfell. Caught up in the events surrounding the War of the Five Kings, they are thrown into a maelstrom of bloody warfare, revenge, intrigue, and horror as they fight to survive while the seven kingdoms tear themselves apart. You will take on the role of different members of the Forrester household, and determine their fate through the choices you make; your actions and decisions will change the story around you.

Release date is out: Oct 28th for those interested. Youtube support and themes will be nice to finally have. Curious to see how extensive SharePlay ends up being. Sounds like the phone app is getting updated as well.

Its been more people just pushing their preferred narratives so far. Runs kinda long, but is good stuff. Fairly balanced and professional views on the past few weeks. Quickly becoming a fan of Erik Kain at Forbes.

The chip maker confirmed to PCMag that it pulled the ads, and told the New York Times that it takes "feedback from customers very seriously, especially as it relates to relevant content and ad placements."
At issue is an August op-ed written for Gamasutra by Leigh Alexander, who criticized the current state of gaming. It's "kind of embarrassing," she wrote, adding that "it's not even culture. It's buying things, spackling over memes and in-jokes repeatedly, and it's getting mad on the Internet." Turns out saying gamers 'don't need to be your audience' and 'gamers are over' drives away gamers and the companies trying to advertise to them. Who knew?
