Endurance. I'm not very fast without training, but I did my first marathon and half ironman with almost no distance training. Given food and water I could keep up a 7mph pace all day.

Please call someone, your mom, dad, a hospital, a random number even. Your life is not pointless, and there are many people that care for you, even if you can't recognize it right now. I'll PM you my number if you are embarrassed of telling someone you know or just want anonymity.

Yeah, I really don't think it's actually a BIOS issue. You haven't even told us the model number; it could very well be several incompatible parts, or just general operator error.

Serious / Re: I have thoughts of suicide quite often.« on: March 21, 2015, 01:08:57 PM »1 (800) 273-8255I've always wondered, what do these people do? Generally they'll just talk a caller through their feelings. Some centers offer overnight stays, and some have people that will drive out to your home and talk to you. If you're threatening to kill yourself, they may work with the police to locate you. My sister has BPD and called a few times when she was younger. Sometimes it's just a good outlet, like this forum. 6555

The Flood / Re: Looking at the reason why people pray« on: March 21, 2015, 12:49:38 PM »Religious people generally don't pray because they want something, they do it as a means of communion and faith.Serious question. All the time. I'm pretty ambivalent right now, actually. I recently moved and haven't found a new church, don't have any religious friends in the area, and don't particularly associate with most of the religious people that live here (deep south America). I came from a group of very liberal Christian friends, churches that actively fed and housed the poor on a weekly basis, hosted mission trips to ghettos in Mexico to build houses (without any sponsorship), and one that donated all of its tithes to a different charity each month, including a local LGBT shelter. Without any of that, it's hard to get a fulfilling experience on your own. 6558

I'd walk out of the interview if I was ever asked anything so asinine. The interviewer clearly cares more about gimmicks they read on Yahoo instead of legitimate scenarios related, or equivocal, to the job I'm applying for.

What Cheesy doesn't expect though, is to fall for Larry, and soon enough the two find themselves on a cross-country adventure where the stakes are high and the love sizzles like a cheddar slice on a steamy oven top. He's got a lot of good points and citations for what leads to an ultimately meaningless conclusion: so what if America is exceptional in those aspects? Is this really just a retort against people claiming America is stupid?
And seriously, measuring our "cultural exceptionalism" by looking at the top grossing movies worldwide...c'mon. 6570
