Just release the goddamn poster. It's insane that now we have to unlock an advertisement.
> had no problem with ILoveBees
ARGs are different because they involved fans uncovering backstory. In this case it's just a time-delayed advertisement with no interactivity.

All signs pointed to Japan continuing the Pacific War, costing more lives, resources and money than the bombs ever incurred. (The casualties of the Pacific War was already in the 30 million+ whereas the Atomic Bombs killed 200,000, just to add a little addendum).
Call it consequentialism if you want, but it certainly was justified.
Yeah, 30 million soldier deaths. People who knew what they were signing up for. You can't compare the deaths of military enlisted men to the deaths of civilians.
2/3rds of US forces in WWII were draftees.
It's still comparing apples to oranges. Why didn't we drop the bombs on a Japanese military harbor? Why did it have to be a city?
Everything's a target in total war, especially against a country whose civilians were willing to kill themselves en masse upon an Allied invasion. But Hiroshima was a military target; it was a large port and supply depot. It would be equivalent to bombing something like Norfolk in the U.S. As for Nagasaki, it was also a port, and 90% of its labor was devoted to the war effort.

There's also evidence to suggest that early societies formed to allow the mass production of fermented fruits, the early ancestors of beer.

Fucking liberals, slanting scientific numbers for their political stance. I always knew something was fishy about all the global warming tout.
Not that anthropogenic climate change isn't real, but liberals have been skewing it for a long time, just look at Al Gore. Of course, conservatives skew it in the opposite direction, too.

I hate marathons. They're obscenely boring and the training is hard on the knees.

Jimmy Carter > all
This is literally the worst opinion you could ever have.

Nobody thinks that, but it had a significant affect on the country and has lasting repercussions to this day.

It's a form of dysphoria and shouldn't be romanticized, but it shouldn't be condemned just because it's bizarre. People that aren't mentally ill and still identify as otherkin as a hobby or fetish don't seem much different from people who pretend to be depressed or suicidal.

Someone also did another chart like this, but adds more detail (Bullshit, fanboy alert, you have been warned.)
Just want to point out that the campaign in BF2 was more than Instant Action. Each mission was specifically structured in a way that you couldn't replicate in instant action and had a narrative and a consistent storyline.

I think the person the child is talking is using common sense since the person is not role playing as a baby furry.
If the guy wanted to dress up as a baby just for fun, I wouldn't really care (I mean it's weird, but whatever), but the idea of sexualizing babies as a fetish is just fucking bizarre.

Also, "damaged" lmao.
It's a tattoo an emo 15 year old would use a fake ID to get.

You have a FA account Turkey?
I identify as a Turkey, so I'm not a furry, I'm a feathery. I'm offended and triggered by your lack of recognition of my fetish.

i wonder where that guy is now
Do people that identify as babies grow up in real-time with their baby persona? Is this guy's persona now 9 years older than it was when he posted this?

The canon was out of control. It as a good move to reign it in, though I think they should have included key storylines. And the KOTOR series should have remained canon, since it had zero affect on the New Republic.

I'm sure back when I studied philosophy rigorously I'd have quite a few quotes gathered up, but I've moved to the position that truth rarely comes from pithiness.
Very recently though I was reading some discourse that focused partially on an aspect of Hume's Fork, specifically the following:
"If we take in our hand any volume; of divinity or school metaphysics, for instance; let us ask, Does it contain any abstract reasoning concerning quantity or number? No. Does it contain any experimental reasoning concerning matter of fact and existence? No. Commit it then to the flames: for it can contain nothing but sophistry and illusion."
And I really like this. Not because I appreciate it for its reliance on scientific reasoning to separate the chaff from the wheat, so to say, when interpreting philosophy, but because it demonstrates how hilariously self-refuting sweeping, grand statements can be.

So you were unhappy that BF won't have space battles, but you're also unhappy that they might make them for later release?

Warp engines are useless until defector shields are developed.
Shields and inertial dampeners are unnecessary because the ship inside the bubble would not really be moving, and wouldn't be interacting with any matter in normal space.
