"for not turning my wheels to the curb on a hill."  Even though the hill wasn't steep enough to cause the car to move backwards even without the parking brake.

I've gotten some bs tickets in the past, but this one just takes it to a new level.

I think it's interesting how IS hasn't been very critical of or done anything aggressive towards Israel.

Anyone who says they like the prequels more than the originals are either just mad that Mr. Plinkett was right, or they like the negative attention that comes with being a contrarian.

Clinton has super delegates so take a wild guess.
Super delegates switched from Clinton to Obama in 08 when he took the delegate lead over her.

I am 23 and rarely felt the desire to be intimate with someone else despite not being asexual.
I'd say at the moment I'm more comfortable being alone, although I envy those that are in happy relationships.

Is it common for vegans to supplement meals with protein powder? It seems to me that the lifestyle would be much easier with a few scoops of protein each day, then you just need carbs and fat which are easy. Even easier if you're pescatarian and have access to some of the healthiest foods available.
Consider though, a lot of protein powders use animal products.

Especially those that are intended for /fit/ types to enhance their gains.
There are vegan protein powders that use pea and hemp protein.

Soy shouldn't be a problem when consumed in moderation. I'd be cautious about drinking too much soy milk though.

Isn't moderation kind of difficult when it's your main source of protein?
it's actually not my main source. I just listed that as an example of a protein-rich food.
But like I said in my post, the key is to eat a wide variety of different foods in a vegan diet. If you do that you can get more than enough protein in your diet

You can get all vitamins, minerals, and protein from plant-based food with the exception of Vitamin B-12.
I mean, I'd rather take a supplement than contribute to an industry that tortures, kills, exploits animals for profit, and destroys the environment. Not to mention a vegan diet is the healthiest diet despite a lot of misinformation out there about it "lacking nutrients"
huh

now, pardon my ignorance, but where would your main sources be for lots of calories outside of sugary fruits and fermented beverages? This is actually something that's always been forefront of my mind whenever I think about vegitarian/pescitarian options just because of red meats and a family history of cholesterol and high blood pressure issues.
My daily caloric needs definitely aren't below 2000, and the last thing I need in my work is for my body to go in to starvation mode and store all kinds of fat while eating it's own muscles.
A lot of vegans make the mistake of not eating enough. A lot of them fail and turn back to meat because they think they can just eat an apple and a salad, feel full and think that's enough food to give them the nutrition they need, but it's not. They don't realize that plant foods are not as calorically dense as meat and animal products. You can get more than enough calories by eating a wide variety of foods:

Just a few examples
Carbs: Whole grains like rice and quinoa, fruits and vegetables
Protein: Soy products like Tofu, Lentils, Beans
Healthy fats: Nuts, seeds, olives, avocados, coconuts

I mean, I dislike political correctness too. That doesn't mean you should vote for someone who incites violence at his rallies, believes global warming is a hoax, wants to spend billions of tax payer money on a useless wall, and capitalizes off  of fear and anger.

You aware of any potential causes for you condition?
Not sure but my problems with sleep coincided with stressful event, although that was three months ago.
was the event resolved or are there still things bothering you?
it was resolved. I currently don't have much stress in my life as of right now.

Melatonin?
And actually working hard during the day?

My grandpa always said, "If you're not tired by the time you hit your bed, you didn't work hard enough during the day."
Tried Melatonin and even doubled the dosage and still didn't work, but I know that it works for a lot of people. There might be something going on in my body hormonally that's keeping me in a state of alertness is my guess.

Sleep medication?
Those have side-effects and should really only be used in the short term or not at all as they can cause dependency and lower quality sleep over time. Same with OTC sleep aids.
