I believe mods should allow some degree of rough housing, and let there be a definite line to have to cross for a member to be banned. Eliminating bias from management and enforcing rules as objectivity as possible.
A mod shouldn't ban someone simply because they are a certain group of people are annoyed with them.

I'm still loling over your testboard XD I love the fact you were posting to no one but still making actual posts it was hilarious.
I mean I had to create test threads to make sure all the themes worked properly on every page. The hot topic was particularly annoying to do.

I just want to see DemonicChronic in some position to do design on the site. The guy is talented.
I'd like to see some of his work. Do you have any links?
He designed the themes for the ProBoard forums (Including the replica of the old bungie.net Flood Forum theme). I'm sure he can show you himself.
For real, all of those themes were made with proboards very user friendly admin UI. I maybe have some design sense and decent skills with Photoshop but I really can't do anything with coding. I'd definitely like to learn more, but right now I'm not so sure I'd be too much help to Cheat.

I do enjoy slightly wider layouts. Also, I wonder if you can implement various color schemes that people can choose from.
