All I'm saying is that it's entirely possible to take natural photos of yourself. Not being able to isn't some inherent nature that some people have. It's merely conditioning.
It's completely relevant to the fucking problem. You can hone in on one little thing, that's fine. But even if I took completely natural photos, doesn't change the actual problem of my face.
I've taken literally a few dozen photos on this site, everyone hated every single one of them. I'm not going to do some cop out shit and blame that on my fucking expressions.
Okay I don't care about the "actual problem." I just think you would take better photos if you had natural expressions in them.

It's entirely possible to take a picture of yourself with a natural expression. Just because you're aware of the picture being taken doesn't mean you have to pose for it.

It's entirely axiomatic even if you deny it. Your body is an interconnected metabolic system and altering one part of it effects the rest. Especially nutritionally. Lethargy is only the beginning. The longer you abstain for getting the vitamins and nutrients you need the more you will break down physically and the greater your mentality will deteriorate in turn. You might attain some level of contentedness, but how long can it last?
