It's not about solving problems Then it's bad, and idiotic. You should only ever be happy for, I don't know, a good reason. If you're happy for no reason, that's a waste of time. If you're not happy for any real reason, then you're not genuinely happy. You're only happy because you forced dopamine to be released--that's it. You didn't accomplish anything.
