Petty insults and a lack of basic grammar really make you look good man.
my grammar is better than yours

i don't need capitalization or punctuation
it's better than having missing, extraneous, or awkwardly placed verbiage tossed haphazardly hither and thither

Causation does not mean two things are the same, the mere implication of this is utterly ridiculous.
you're hung-up over semantics

and i'm the mad twelve-year-old

okay

so true. I hear kids who are in elementary school talking about playing GTA and it makes me kind of disgusted
yeah

i'm glad you can relate

I said "exposed to real life", you said "preparing children for adulthood". Who's putting words in whose mouth?
they're the exact same thing in the sense that one thing leads to the other

you wouldn't "expose" someone to real life if you weren't trying to prepare for it
Quote
Either you did, or you believe that real life issues begin at adulthood-which is it?
you're so patronizing for someone who struggles so hard when it comes to forming a coherent sentence

I disagree, I know about two kids that are like that-one's actually, literally special and the other is flourishing into a future peadophile. The reality is, your utopian preference isn't even possible anymore-better to learn about things through a safe, sci-fi filter than through watching IS behead someone on Facebook (for example).
uhhh
okay

i don't speak stroke, but whatever

Plus, saying that real life issues aren't around until adulthood begins is just downright ignorant.
i literally never said this

fuck you for putting words in my mouth

plot twist:

the only reason they give it a T-rating was to increase sales, because they know the game is gonna flop

Why so? You don't think children should be exposed to the real world?
no

i don't

but i guess it depends on how young we're talking

it doesn't matter--little kids play these games all the time
i was 8 when i was first introduced to halo, and i resented my friends for playing a game they were too young to play

but i'm just saying, that's why i don't think this is even worth making a thread about--no one cares about the ESRB anyway

what games your kids play should ultimately be up to you--the parent

i just don't like the idea of little kids playing games where you kill, and deal with very complex adult themes, like war

Come on, you're romanticising a job which takes minimal effort/training.
So what? That means you shouldn't be able to make an honest living out of it?

Why take a job that isn't going to sustain your existence? That is so fucked.

I'd love to live in a society where we just worked out of the sheer goodness of our hearts.
But capitalism doesn't allow for that.

Also, is it still noble if they're putting meat on somebody's plate?
Well, it's certainly better than letting the meat go to waste...

I know what you're saying, but that's a different subject.

How could a christian find that funny in the first place, meme or not.
We aren't all catholic puritans.
Just don't bother with him, he's an asshole to religious people for no reason.

I disagree, I think life is a very shitty RPG.
my point is that i don't think these people get the respect they deserve

helping to get food on people's plate is very noble, and i don't think anyone appreciates just how noble that is

why the fuck shouldn't you be able to make a living out of it for yourself

My friend says he doesn't see the similarities between the trailer and Yharnam (the Bloodborne location), and I also provided those pictures.

He's known for adamantly defending the game of BB, so I am curious if that is clouding his judgement. Do YOU guys see the similarities or is it just me?
they all look bland as fuck, yes

also, no

i'm pretty sure flipping burgers is designed to flip burgers
you dumb fuck

life isn't a fucking video game
these burger-flippers aren't just on "level 1" of the capitalist game

they're fucking feeding people
someone has to do that, and they should get adequate compensation for doing that

Flipping burgers is designed for kids to get their foot in the door, not for supporting a family.
how about supporting yourself, though

what about that

I think 8 players is plenty.

Don't see why the tournament can't be done with an odd number of players either. That's what byes are for.

come up with a better one, bubba
We don't need one
if you're gonna bitch about one solution, then yeah, you better have yourself a better one
otherwise you're just bitching, and the last thing this planet needs is more bitches

then again, you still haven't even figured out that there's no god yet, so
that's an intellectual dead-end right there
