I disagree completely. this is not an counter-argument are you unable to make a some sort of counter-argument Tell me - if a lion kills a zebra, is the lion morally right? Do any species, outside of humans, have morals to even live by? they lack the ability to reason, so obviously not

The breaking of consent in and of itself is what's evil. thank you for uselessly repeating yourself instead of arguing against my point consent can be broken if there is a 100% guaranteed chance of a net positive occurring

Take killings for example. We all preach that killing should be wrong - but killing in war is apparently okay to some, while to others it isn't. What about killing for self defense? Is that morally acceptable, when you are still taking another life?
the fact that we can debate moral principles does not make it subjective we debate scientific principles ALL the fucking time i guess science is subjective now

Consent is the root of all morality. i never disagreed with this the point at which we disagree is when consent can be broken which it can--if you have a 100% guaranteed net positive

Morality, and immorality, are both subjective. What is moral is not, for the most part, concrete.
this is wrong, though

If you're only affecting yourself, you can't be doing anything good or bad. i might have thought this way when i was ten It's just your emotions that are blinding you here. i could say the exact same thing to you

That's evil. Bad choices are evil. Stopping bad choices literally cannot be evil. At all.

Also, the concept of "Fuck it, if you want to do it then do it!" is fucking stupid.
Um, no. It's literally the basis of morality. It's your body, and if you want to improve or destroy it in any way, that's your choice.
the basis of morality is stupid, is the point if i had it my way, no one would ever be able to make bad choices ever

I really hate that having a phone verification is a thing now. It was only a few years ago when they only had it as optional.
OT: would using a house phone work with it?
yeah, that worked

Why wouldn't you have a phone? Even a shitty basic one?
because they're pointless--what can i do with a phone that i can't do with the internet
well you can use your phone to access the Internet from unusual places
i can do the same with my laptop

Only if you have access to the internet 24/7 from anywhere and everywhere you go which i do it's called wi-max Accidents and emergencies are unavoidable by definition. then that definition sucks, because i've never been in a situation where it would've been nice to have a cellphone in my entire life and i likely never will You kinda do, though. How will your boss contact you? How will you contact work? landline duh

Well if something bad happens and no one is around (Ex. you get mugged out of site and out of earshot from pedestrians, or you're home alone and you accidentally cut yourself or get incredibly hurt.) Then you use your phone to call 911, or if you need to call someone about something really important (like a doctors appointment or a business call)
that's a good point, and probably the only reason i'd ever get one

i've recovered google accounts before without having a phone number, so i know you're doing something wrong. wouldn't be the first time i'll just use my landline when i get home, w/e still bullshit

uhh, phone or text people? skype, facebook, here, etc. emergency services? other emergencies? fair enough, but you're talking to the most cautious person in the universe having a job? you generally do not need a cellphone for this you can argue that they're a nice thing to have, but you certainly don't need one

because they're pointless--what can i do with a phone that i can't do with the internet i'm also just making a statement against the general public's overinfatuation with their cell phones i refuse to be a part of it
