The Flood / Re: Most unbiased/most reliable news network?
« on: July 28, 2014, 12:41:29 PM »
RT, Al Jazeera (although slightly doubtful) and BBC

BBC is unbiased, they have to be, British law demands that the BBC be wholly impartial as it is funded by the TV license

> Implying that just because the government said something that that's actually how it works.
Do you not remember what went on in the last decade?

Do you mean the hacking scandal, or something else?

I wasn't referring to the hacking scandal, AFAIK that was confined to the newspapers like the SUN etc. What I meant was stuff like Iraq's weapons of mass destruction, Russia being responsible for some Donetsk rebels shooting down an aircraft with some of their hardware, the Cameron government saying it's "cutting the budget" when spending remains the same and all that happened is some departments funding gets switched around etc. Just because the government said it doesn't make it true.

I'd probably say BBC, but then again I haven't really been exposed to other news sites apart from the papers.

I'd probably say BBC,

BBC

> BBC
> Unbiased
Pick one.
Are you being serious?

Completely.
The BBC are incredibly unbiased. Have you even watched the stuff they report?

I take it your not an Anglo? Their biases should be plain as day if you are.
I live in England.

I'm actually shocked that you don't see how biased they are then.

Ktan
If he is invited, I would like to request that he be informed to leave all of his petty and unwarranted hatred for me at the door, and not bring it here.

I think he's trying to start a competing site with Comms Officer last I heard.

Like that's going to work.

This thing?

Wanna get a Sep7agon community game going. Think of it as the UN thread but as an actual game.

Link for people who have never heard about it.

Liking is on the way
That is good to hear. I keep wanting to click the "+1 Trust" button when I want to like posts.
Where is this because I can't see it anywhere.

You'll see it around 25 posts. This is what is looks like.

The Flood / Re: The second offsite was already nuked?
« on: July 28, 2014, 07:41:59 AM »
I haven't been on for hours and when I do it says it was taken down. Hiwnthe hell was it nuked this time?

Comms Officer got it nuked again. Apparently it was his plan to post ToS breaking shit and then report both sites for it in order to get them nuked. Then he blamed it on Noelle and Kinder because he knew he could get away with it while everyone was mad at them.
Well shit, at least this one doesn't have a parent site.

Yup!

Lots of content if they keep their promises.
Yep, and we all know how hard of a time they had with keeping promises in the past.

The Flood / Re: Should we tell people about this?
« on: July 28, 2014, 06:55:00 AM »
Yeah, there needs to be more members to keep it lively. I trust this more then the proboards which is why I'm actually posting.

Best part about this site is that it has no host board. We only have to follow the law and our own rules.

The worst was picking a lock to something empty. The absolute worst.
You still gain experience from it if you are not at the max level.

No, but why would someone go to the effort of making a very hard lock to protect some .556 rounds? That always annoyed me...

Because for everyone who isn't the player ammo is expensive.

How does this trust system work and how do I do it?
On everyone's profile pic there is a "+1 trust" and "-1 trust" button.

I don't see it...

We sure have been through a lot together.
By far the most memorable group of Floodians I've been with.
I would say so.

Me too.
