It's good, but I would cut out "I would gladly send one", because it kind of ruins the sentence structure and doesn't sound very professional.
Okay. Yeah, that does sound a little silly. Sounds better with that cut out.
It sounds pretty solid now, but I might change the "I am sending this email" part to "I have sent this email to check on the hiring process", because you used "I am" in the sentence afterwards.
