It's not. Hiro has pulled the same trick on 2chan before--he claims the website is dying, then proceeds to drown in the wave of NEETbux from all the passes anons buy out of desperation.

I just started playing the Witcher 3 a few days ago. Be prepared to use Alchemy a LOT on higher difficulties. Also, points from leveling up should be spent wisely (compared to lower difficulties where it isn't really too important).
I'm kind of disappointed with the combat, personally. It would be a lot better if Geralt actually attacked his foes instead of spending half the time doing fancy little pirouettes.
