Yeah, but I'm not entirely sure the system worked. You could also set your gaming zone to things like "Underground" (apparently makes you encounter skilled, toxic people), but afaik that didn't work, either.

California voted on two related measures which passed resoundingly among the voters. California will legalize recreational cannabis use across the nation. Supply will be strictly controlled and taxed by the givernment, with only registered california growers and licensed importers from within the former US states being allowed to sell to shops. This will ensure our Marijuana is 100% home grown and of the highest quality.
Further, California will be adopting drug legalization akin to the Portuguese model before the Iberian Union. Drug supply will be heavily scrutinized and only available at government facilities where users can be guaranteed a safe potency, composition and regulated dosage to garentee safety and health.
This is expected to help drug addicts not increase supply to the public, and is expected to drastically reduce infections in injection sites and bloodborn illnesses from intervenes drug use.
Further, restrictions use to government facilities can help garentee acess to medical care and eliminate potential overdoses. Therapy and other treatments for addicts will be expanded as well. M for reference, most of the applicable policies will go inot effect. Marijuana is now legal being a major difference.
