http://youtu.be/L3Nkd7g25mkIs anyone planning on getting this game? I find the concept of the game fascinating and 9 player online just makes it even better.

Sounds like a serious crutch that's for people who want the story but are bad at games.
Spoiler Except there's virtually no story here. So. . .
Super Mario 3d Land hardly had a story. Still, die 5 times on a level and the game turns you invincible.
I'mma call a crutch a crutch when I see a crutch, brah.
You should try the last levels for Super Mario 3D World :^3

response to your spoiler It really doesn't ramp up later on?
Response to your response to my spoiler Unfortunately, no. Unless you play the extra ops that purposefully make the game harder, (like Naked, Extreme, Perfect stealth, etc.) it's pretty fucking easy.
Also, unless there's skulls. They ramp up the difficulty sometimes.
Spoiler Skulls? What is this Halo?

Apparently TPP's collector's edition mentions stuff about a cut mission that was kind of huge to the plot.
I haven't read the article yet, because I just started playing yesterday >.> Time to go reassign more plebs to R&D.
I also bought an Xbone controller to use on my PC, yesterday. It felt odd at first but I adjusted to it and forgot about it completely. The bumpers are more reliable when holding them down, the triggers aren't squeaky, the D-Pad has more of a 'click' to it, and the control sticks are less resistant and less "sticky," especially from the neutral position. And, finally, that awful battery pack is tucked nicely out of the way this time. The overall quality of the controller, from the buttons to the plastic and the rubber, feels dramatically better than my super-good condition 360 controller I'm using for comparison (and my other controllers with worn-down control sticks).
It's difficult to fathom how anybody could improve this much upon something already so close to perfection :3
The only thing that feels off is the rumble. It feels a bit weak, and I don't know if I'm imagining things, but I think it was making a sort of squeaky noise. I'll have to try it out some more to confirm.
But does it have 80hr battery life?! #WiiUProControllerMustardRice
Well, it's plugged into my PC, so it's not using any batteries whatsoever.
But can you move farther away from your PC? :^3
I would have it plugged into a TV if I had it my way
I have my PC plugged into my TV >.>
I'll have to do it when I move out >.> All I need is a new keyboard and my PC will be sufficiently future-proofed for a while.
I want to get a 4K TV for my new room that I'll have when I move from Salinas to Stockton. >.>

Psy, Petitminou, Cheese Potato, Keyu Luis, Bio, Tyger & Ukimoi
Haven't seen Petit, Bio or Ukimoi in a while, are they even here anymore? Keyu rage quit.
Well, he said any member of the flood, so I thought he meant both B.Old & Sep7agon's Flood >.> Ukimoi was never here, neither was Petit (unless If your talking about B.Old then yeah, Ukiscrub is always in gayming.)
Well, to be pedantic there's no "Flood" on Bnet anymore, it's "Offtopic". So...
Um...what if I change it to B.Old?

Jesus fucking Christ.
Just beat the game, guys.
My impressions below (spoiler-free, but very opinionated):
Spoiler -I don't know if I liked the ending or not -I was disappointed with the story -gameplay is flawless -felt incredibly short for a Metal Gear game (though perhaps that's because there's less than 2 hours of cutscenes) -there was a LOT of stuff cut from this game. Several scenes from some of the trailers are just missing, which is a damn shame -Quiet is a shit character and I do not feel bad for my words and deeds, Kojima. No good reason for her to look like that -story is poorly told
Honestly all I'm feeling right now is disappointment. The game is really fucking fun but I play MG for the story, and it feels like we're given no context to anything we do after Africa.
It's technically proficient enough to be considered one of the best games of all time, the story just holds it back a lot.
Here's the DYKG video my friend http://youtu.be/Hdiod3qCKEgI think you'll learn something new :^) Spoiler Also, after your absolutely sure your done I'll show you that Mega64 video and tell me if it's funnier after finishing The Phantom Pain

Protip, don't do what I did and wear the MGS1 skin for story missions

I'm guessing you transfer that skin from Ground Zeroes to The Phantom Pain
Ye
Excellent, can you use Raiden as well or was his skin also unusable in Ground Zero? >.>
