Is it's story better than Destiny 1?
Well Destiny 1's story was non-existent so...

It's being predictably review bombed on metacritic and /v/ are losing their shit as usual.

Watched a bit of a stream of TLOU2 and the gameplay looks kinda cool. From what I've heard the story starts off okay and then descends into overly gratuitous misery porn about halfway through but I'm hearing mixed things overall from people who are actually playing the game.

if you're gonna do the campaigns you need to do Red War, Curse of Osiris and Warmind before September as they're taking them out of the game once the new expansion drops.

Wait.

TWD is still going?

I checked out whenever Negan got captured and put in... jail?

That and the times where Rick's kid died in the sewer and Michael Burnham got killed off to go to Star Trek Discovery kinda merged as around the same time.

Are they still in that fucking place?
there have been two seasons since negan got put in jail. they got a new lead writer in after that.

they do quite a big timeskip of 6 years where things are kinda medieval now, and there's more of an ensemble cast thing going on where the action moves between alexandria, hilltop and kingdom

Michonne being black subplot
erm

what

I don't remember exactly but she started to feel isolated from the other community members as well as her checking out the slavery section of the DC museum and watching a black walker that was lynched
She shut Alexandria off to outsiders (including Hilltop and Kingdom) following a traumatic experience that happened within the six year timeskip following Rick's disappearance, which she gets over towards the end of the season.

Oh yeah
Maybe I misread the imagery

Funny how much clearer season 1-4 are in my head compared to the later seasons
I’m halfway through season 6 and literally nothing has happened
I remember the first half of season 6 dropping off after the first three or four episodes and not getting better until the second half.

Haven't watched it in ages though, waiting for the show to finally end before going through all the seasons again.

YouTube

The producers have said they do not intend on ending the show any time soon
Plus we still have the Rick Grimes movies to look forward to and probably a few more seasons with him on the main show before hopefully they bring the show to an end

It's nearing it's natural conclusion though with civilization popping back up and walkers not really being a threat anymore
I feel like they mean The Walking Dead brand more than the main show. I know in the past they've talked about 12 seasons which would give them enough room to cover the remaining comic material and some original content.

But given TWD is literally the only popular thing AMC has left they're probably going to keep it going for as long as they can. Their only show other than TWD/FTWD that still gets above a million regular viewers is Better Call Saul which only has a season left.

Seasons 9 and 10 are the new peak of the show IMO, just sucks that the Savior arc tanked so hard it turned people off the show.

Onto season 5-6 TWD now

Everyone just sits around and talks about their feelings now

At least crazy Rick is fun to watch
dude Carol is so badass in those seasons

you get to see prime Negan soon too

the writing with everyone else isn’t great no, but just hang in there
Carol got ruined pretty much straight after the Terminus arc.

why do you need to pay $40 for anything remotely interesting that happens in this game, only for it to be a tease of the thing that's been talked about for 5 years.
the only dlc where this was the case was shadowkeep and even then you got a lot of good content

This all sounds great

-New expansion set on Europa with Fallen antagonists, Darkness powers. Titled "Beyond Light".
-2021, 2022 expansions also revealed, titled "The Witch Queen" and "Lightfall"
-Inter-generational cross-play
-Old D1 content returning temporarily, i.e. Cosmodrome and Vault of Glass
-New dungeon beyond released today, themed around the Nine
-New season involves Pyramid ships arriving at major destinations, new public event and 3-player activity

This all sounds huge. Can't wait.
