How is that distortion on the music achieved anyway?
The cheapest way I can think of, is editing the sound file and putting the volume (specifically for Bass) up to max, saving, and repeating until it's really heavily distorted.
As the creator of said video I can confirm that this is correct.

And I suppose the fact that the policies I support perform precisely the function of minimising lives being ruined? Shitty education and the war on drugs is responsible for far more ruined lives than outsourcing.
