Everything Halo 4 was building towards was shat on by Halo 5. Fuck 343i and fuck Brian Reed. If I were Chris Schlerf I'd be pissed.

It's even weirder when they said that they knew what would happen in 5 before they knew what would happen in 4
Well the other day it was revealed that Cortana was going to be Halo 5's villain all along.

What shadyness are you thinking of? Trust me when I say they're not nearly as mixed a bag as they are in FO 1/2/NV/4. They're not supposed to be super duper good guys.
I don't know--I just don't really get good vibes from 'em. Something seems off. I mean, the first time they saved me was cool, and fighting Super Mutants with them on the way to GNR was fun, but they aren't exactly very kind individuals. They come off like corrupt police officers (gee, how topical). They treat everyone who isn't them with disdain or dismissal.

They're kind of elitist pricks, which gives me a little bit of insight into their true nature.

I dunno, but I don't really get a "white knight" impression out of them.
They treat ghouls like absolute shit.

Hoping this one will be as good as Tales from the Borderlands' finale. GoT has been pretty mixed but it seems that Telltale are finally getting their shit together.

About to start playing it now.

Okay, going against the Brotherhood. This sucks.
Because of what I said?
Spoiler
Kind of, I was already pissed that they tried to make me kill Danse and Nick Valentine is proof that Synths should be kept alive.
Spoiler
Wait,t hey want you to kill Nick? Fuck that.
Spoiler
No, I meant that they want you to kill Danse, and that Nick is proof etc.

I've been trying to be morally good, which is what I usually do in RPGs, but this is making it really difficult. On one hand, the Railroad would be the logical choice, but if that means I have to kill BoS members, some of whom are innocent, and I'll be making a really tough enemy. However, if I side with the Brotherhood, I'll be slaughtering the Railroad, people who don't deserve it, as well as innocent synths, but they'll be a far stronger ally and will be more able to bring peace to the Commonwealth. Both choices are kind of morally questionable.
I'm really liking how the factions in this game aren't black and white like they were in Fallout 3
Well the Railroad have good intentions, so one would assume they were the "good" faction. However, they'd probably end up causing more problems that they can't control. The Brotherhood, while their initial goals are morally questionable, would bring stability, and then there's the Institute who do some evil shit but their research could really benefit humanity.

And then there's the Minutemen, who don't give a fuck. They seem to only be there for if you fuck up with the other factions, kind of like the Independent questline, except Independent was the best faction whereas Minutemen are boring as shit.

Argh...no idea what to do now.
Spoiler
The Brotherhood pissed me off when they told me to execute Danse, but fortunately I was able to convince Maxson to spare him. Then they told me to destroy the Railroad, which I don't want to do. In order to continue the Railroad questline, I have to continue the Institute one too, but the next mission I have to do requires me to turn against the Brotherhood and kill their people, which I don't want to do. That leaves the Minutemen and...eh...
