Hey that's really neat, but I'd like them to make a game that's worth playing, first.
H5 didn't have splitscreen, and that alone gave it about +80% of the flak that it received. I guess people are really hardcore about classic couch multiplayer making a comeback.

If 60 fps was the reason why SplitScreen was blocked, I'm laughably curious to what screwups with the engine and graphics are gonna be apparent with H6 with Splitscreen.

Link is solid tbh, back roomers don't know shit
Dedicated mains like Izaw make Link so much fun and technical, but when I give Link a shot, I usually do "Ok" for a while but eventually find myself playing like an FG Link: Camping (Well I guess some camping is needed for necessary setups), Spamming, and the occasional unintentional lagswitch.

"2015's Halo 5: Guardians did not include any kind of split-screen, something that Microsoft was criticized for. Today, the company confirmed that Halo 6, or whatever the next game in the series is called, will indeed have split-screen support."
This was confirmed by 343 Industries executive Bonnie Ross during a speech at DICE 2017. Ross said not including split-screen in Halo 5 was one of the "painful learnings" that Microsoft faced after taking over ownership of the Halo brand from Bungie.
'For any FPS going out forward, we will always have split-screen in,' she said.
Ross also said Halo: The Master Chief Collection's rough launch was another 'painful learning' for Microsoft. The company previously referred to this as a 'black eye' for the developer.
Struggles like this are 'incedible painful for the community and for us--and it erodes trust,' she said.
Immediately after Halo 5 came out, Halo franchise director Frank O'Connor said the blowback from the game's lack of split-screen support was 'huge.' It was technically impossible for 343 to add split-screen to Halo 5 through a patch, O'Connor said.
The game's 60 FPS frame rate is partially responsible for this. When 343 made the decision to have Halo 5 run at a locked 60 FPS, the team did so with the understanding that it would create 'some issues' and technical impossibilities for the rest of the game.
The number of people who play Halo games via local split-screen is small relative to the total player base, O'Connor explained.
No new Halo FPS games have been announced. Xbox boss Phil Spencer recently suggested the next Halo FPS will not be released this year, which is no big surprise, given that Halo 5 is not even two years old." A lot of work needs to be done, but I guess we can applaud them for this first correct step of many more.

Playing RTS games online is just cancer comparable to playing Defiance competitive.
Literally just rush the opponent and win. Takes all strategy out of RTS, making Real time "get fucked".
if you are are curious about Definace competitive MP - everyone is level 6000 (max) and uses the Invis + one-shot-kill shotgun (also level out to max). Literally no point in playing it unless you are lvl 6000 and have a maxed out shotgun.
Me in HW2: *Starts game* *Starts building base with some good fortifications* "Good so far!* *Gets some marine units* *Gets Mini bases* *Checks in on initial base 50 seconds later* *Somehow 10 vultures and scorpions laughably gang-rape the base to death in 10 seconds* "Defeat" All in the matter of 3 minutes

An interesting piece, I'd say.
It's typical Nintendo but with Dumbfuckistani music. Not really impressed.
I won't lie, I also despised the use of Imagine Dragons. I still have some hope, however.
