Gaming / Re: Does anyone want to play old school rs

What is rs?

You don't need to play the older ones, really. Yeah the games have changed a lot since then but so? Just play the remakes.
Which ones are the remakes?
FireRed/Leafgreen
Heartgold/Soulsilver
ORAS
What handheld/console do I need?

993
Start with HG/SS. Probably some of the best games in the series, but a little dated.
You act like I know what those abbreviations mean.

I say any of the Gen 3 games, specifically Emerald or Fire Red. You'll need a Game Boy Advance (although later handhelds might run it too) if you're not interested in running an Emulator.

Or you could start on whatever the most recent release is. I haven't really played after B/W.
Why not the first games?

T4R. What games and other media should I get and what consoles do I need to play them?

Have they released the HD collection for the Xbox One?

Gaming / Halo 4 really is a sloppily made game
« on: August 13, 2015, 04:41:30 AM »
I was just in theater looking closely at many things in slow motion. Things that the developers probably thought nobody would ever see. I still think Halo 4 is a fun game, but when you look at the little details, you can see it is very sloppily done. The animations and weapon modeling are terrible and are seemingly lazily done. It really is sad. I hope Halo 5 is better about this kind of thing.

Anything by beck.

I'd suggest listening to it first on youtube though (musical tastes and all that)
What would you suggest specifically?

No. I do like walking out in the desert when the temperature permits it.

I need to drive across town and feed a dog and some ferrets while some people are out of town. I really don't want to.

T4R. I'M not into rock or classic rock. What are some records that are essential for any one who has a record player?

The Flood / Re: What's the Worst Film You've Seen?
« on: August 08, 2015, 12:43:04 PM »
The worst movies I've ever watched:

The Strangers
A Haunted House 2
Paranormal Activity 2
Paranormal Activity 3
Bayformers: Revenge of the Fallen
Bayformers: Age of Extinction
The Last Airbender
Terminator: Salvation
Titanic
I enjoyed Terminator: Salvation and Titanic is actually not bad if you watch it with the time-travel theory in mind, regarding Jack.

Manos: Hands of Fate is by far the worst movie I've seen, though.

Wat? Please elaborate

Some HaloFollower-esque theory about the movie being a prequel to Terminator....
Yes it is as bad as it sounds
Link?

This thread has so much hostility. OP probably has a rageboner right now. He's succeeded in pitting everyone against each other.

The trailer spoiled it for me. The little snippets of drama in the trailer were enough for me to put together what was going to happen in the movie.

I feel like like abridged version of the show represents the characters better than the actual show.

I am so glad you never had, and it's too late for you to have children.
Now when did I ever say that?

They're tiny tho, how am I supposed to dick 'em?
By using your dick. They're not tiny if you use your imagination. If you can go as far as to imagine that you are fucking a fairy, then you can imagine that they are just your size.

NOBODY CAN DENY THE SEXINESS

You're 48?
yes
You could be my....hell you're old enough to be the father of any of us.
Yes indeed. If you're mother is missing a toe, there is a very good chance that I am your father

Used to go through my dads old garage. He had a bunch of cool shit. He would buy stuff, never use it and then leave it in the garage.

This is why you let all the other people suffer first and then once they fix all the problems, then you update to Windows 10.
